the Exchange for Fund participation:
Michael
J. Alexander, MBA - Financial Analyst
Mr.
Alexander is an experienced Financial Analyst in the energy and
telecommunications fields. He has an MBA Degree from National
University, a B.A. Degree in English/Economics from the University of
Pittsburgh, and an Associate Degree in Electronic Engineering and
Technology from Mesa College. Mr. Alexander has served as the General
Manager of the Energy Exchange Financial Network in Houston and has
written a book on international finance.
William
'Bill" Giles - Accountant
Mr.
Giles has over 20 years experience in the financial field. He was in
the Financial Planning Group of Texas Instruments/Geophysical Services
Inc. for over seven years. His main accomplishments in the past 10
years have been Financial Consulting for such companies as BP Oil,
World Fuel Services, NPG Pipeline and other companies. Mr. Giles worked
on system conversions and did pre-audit preparation for IPOs for an
InfoHighway Communications Inc. and a geophysical company. He is a
member of the AICPA, and the Institute of Management Accountants. Mr.
Giles has a degree in Accounting and he also has an MBA. He is
currently working on a Doctorate Degree in International Management at
the University of Houston.
Charles
G. Mangum, P.E., -- Engineering Consultant
Mr. Mangum is a Registered Professional Engineer with 23 years of
international and domestic experience in the petroleum industry. His
work history includes Professional Experience includes Engineering
Management positions with Marine Drilling, Western Oceanic, Staff
Engineer, Century Engineering, SOFEC, Bawden, Reading and Bates, SONAT
Offshore Drilling. He has a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from
the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
from Mississippi State University.
Darin H. Mangum, Esq. - Compliance Officer
Mr.
Mangum has considerable experience in the areas of corporate finance
and securities law compliance matters, as well as extensive oil and gas
industry experience, having served as the executive director for the
Rocky Mountain Energy Exchange prior to becoming an attorney. He
completed internships at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
(SEC) in both Los Angeles and Salt Lake City. His practice areas also
include real estate acquisition and syndication, corporate governance
and partnership law, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Mangum received his
law degree at Brigham Young University and is presently the managing
member of the law firm of Mangum & Associates, PLLC, in Orem,
Utah.
