David H. Mangum, PE, MBA
David is a registered petroleum engineer and geologist with over 35 years experience in the petroleum industry. Prior to founding the Energy Exchange, he worked as a geologist and engineer with five Fortune 100 companies, including Mobil, Shell, Coastal, Xerox and Schlumberger. He also served as an Intelligence Officer with Strategic Air Command during the Vietnam-Cold War. David studied Geology at Mississippi State University, received a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas and obtained an M.B.A. Degree from Pepperdine University.

Vladimir Ingerman, Ph.D.

Dr. Ingerman has over 30 years experience in petrophysics, software development, geoscience disciplines, and international business development. He is a twenty-year veteran of oil exploration and development in Russia. He was Vice President of Tyumen (the number two geophysical company in Russia) and he worked for Schlumberger in the U.S.A. He holds Ph.D. Degrees in Natural Resources Exploration and Development from Moscow Oil Institute and he has authored 47 professional publications including one book on geophysics.

Michael W. Page, Ph.D., M.B.A.

Dr. Page work history is with Shell Oil Company (UK), Kolding(Denmark), and Amtech(USA). He received his B.S. in Engineering from Hyde College of Technology in England and his M.B.A. from the U.S. Army Academy. He has also completed a post graduate study program to research industrial technologies in New York.

Dennis S. McMurdie,

Dennis is a Certified Petroleum Geologist who has had his own geological consulting practice since 1983. Prior to that time he served as a Head Geologist for an exploitation division of Union Oil Company. Dennis also served as a geologist for Southland Royalty Company and as a production engineer for THUMBS,Longbeach, California. Dennis has a B.S Degree in Geology from Brigham Young University and a M.S. Degree from the University of Utah.

P. Steve Patterson,

Steve has been in the investment field for 40 years. He founded Pilot Financial Services, a NASD brokerage firm in 1982. He has raised millions of dollars for many oil & gas drilling programs. Steve was one the founders of Financial Services Exchange (FSX), a national organization of over eighty independent NASD Broker Dealer firms. He is an Associate Member of the National Investment Bankers Association (NIBA).

Jim Evans
Jim has extensive professional experience with Schlumberger Geoquest, Geoscan, Mitchell Energy, Amerada Hess and Phillips. He received a B.S in Earth Science from the University of Tulsa.

Gerald Avery
Gerald has over thirty years experience in various administrative and business development capacities. He also worked as technician at Lockheed-Martin. Gerald is responsible for coordinating energy project listings for the Energy Exchange. He studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Colorado.

Michael J. Alexander
Michael is an experienced Financial Analyst in the energy and telecommunications fields. He has served in the following capacities: General Manager of Financial Source Group, CEO of Computer Services of Houston, and CEO of Haven Computers. Michael has authored a book on international finance and he received a Senatorial Scholarship Award. He has an M.B.A. Degree from National University, a B.A. Degree in English/Economics from the University of Pittsburgh, and an Associate Degree in Electronic Engineering and Technology from Mesa College.
